Cleaning Fee
There is a non refundable cleaning fee that all goes directly to the cleaning company.
Refundable deposit
All reservations require a credit card number on file and a $200 refundable deposit. Upon check out, if the checkout list has been completed and there is no damage to the furnishings or property, your deposit will be returned.
Sorry, No Pets
We have a strict no pets policy. We do this to account for allergies and to protect our property. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, a $500 fee will be charged to you. If we become aware there is a pet in your cabin before checkout you will be asked to leave with no refund.
